Membrane Elements

  • Flat Ceramic Membrane

    Flat Ceramic Membrane

Flat ceramic membrane is a precision filter material made of alumina, zirconia, titanium oxide and other inorganic materials sintered at high temperature. The support layer, transition layer and separation layer are porous structure and distributed in gradient asymmetry. Flat ceramic membranes can be used in the processes for separation, clarification, purification, concentration, sterilization, desalination, etc.

  • Tubular Ceramic Membrane elements

    Tubular Ceramic Membrane elements

Tubular ceramic membrane is a precision filter material made of alumina, zirconia, titanium oxide and other inorganic materials sintered at high temperature. The support layer, transition layer and separation layer are porous structure and distributed in gradient asymmetry. Tubular ceramic membranes can be used in separation of liquids and solids; separation of oil and water;separation of liquids (especially for filtration of food and beverage industries, Bio-pharm, chemcical and petrochemical industries and mining industries).

  • Hollow Fiber Membrane elements

    Hollow Fiber Membrane elements

Hollow fiber membrane is a kind of asymmetric membrane shaped like a fiber with self-supporting function. The membrane tube wall is covered with micropores, which can intercept substances with different molecular weights, and the MWCO can reach thousands to hundreds of thousands. The raw water flows under pressure outside or inside the hollow fiber membrane, forming external pressure type and internal pressure type respectively.

  • Microfiltration membrane

    Microfiltration membrane

Microfiltration membrane generally refers to the filter membrane with a filter aperture of 0.1-1 micron. Microfiltration membrane can intercept particles between 0.1-1 micron. Microfiltration membrane allows macromolecules and dissolved solids (inorganic salts) to pass through, but will intercept suspended solids, bacteria, macromolecular colloids and other substances.

  • Nanofiltration Membrane elements

    Nanofiltration Membrane elements

The MWCO Range of nanofiltration membrane is between reverse osmosis membrane and ultrafiltration membrane, about 200-800 Dalton.

Interception characteristics: divalent and multivalent anions are preferentially intercepted, and the interception rate of monovalent ions is related to the concentration and composition of feed solution. Nanofiltration is generally used to remove organic matter and pigment in surface water, hardness in groundwater and partially remove dissolved salt. It is used for material extraction and concentration in food and biomedical production.

  • Reverse osmosis membrane elements

    Reverse osmosis membrane elements

Reverse osmosis membrane is the core component of reverse osmosis. It is a kind of artificial simulated biological semi permeable membrane with certain characteristics. It can intercept substances greater than 0.0001 microns. It is a very fine membrane separation product. It can effectively intercept all dissolved salts and organic substances with molecular weight greater than 100, and allow water to pass through.

  • Ultrafiltration Membrane elements

    Ultrafiltration Membrane elements

Ultrafiltration membrane is a kind of microporous filter membrane with pore size specification and rated pore size range of less than 0.01 micron. The target products with different molecular weights can be separated to achieve the purpose of decolorization, impurity removal and product classification.
