Using ultrafiltration membrane separation technology to treat grape juice can remove colloids, macromolecular tannic acid, polysaccharides, impurity proteins, suspended solids, polyphenols and other useless microorganisms. Ultrafiltration is mainly used to clarify the grape juice before fermentation and filter the wine that has been aged and ready for bottling after fermentation, while the microfiltration membrane separation technology is used for the removal of yeast. And through the specially designed operation process, the impurities are not easily blocked on the membrane surface, and the active ingredients pass through the membrane surface with the filtrate, to achieve the effect of separation and clarification of fruit wine and fruit vinegar, and also solve the problem of filter clogging.

Wine membrane filtration process:
Grapes → crushing → pressing → grape juice → ultrafiltration clarification → fermentation → microfiltration → aging → ultrafiltration → bottling
